Members of the All India Sikh Students Federation, led by Satnam Singh Gambhir, paid tribute by garlanding the statue of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh located at Azad Basti JEMCO. On the 94th martyrdom day of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, members of the All India Sikh Students Federation paid heartfelt tributes to him and took a pledge to follow the path shown by Bhagat Singh. Meanwhile, the Eastern India President of the All India Sikh Students Federation, Satnam Singh Gambhir, said in his address that now his organization will not struggle but will start a revolutionary movement to give Bhagat Singh the status of a martyr. Satnam Singh Gambhir said that every possible effort will be made to get Bhagat Singh his rights. Gambhir further said that he will demand from the government through appropriate channels that March 23 be declared a national holiday and Paramjit Singh Kel said that special programs should be organized in schools on that day so that children can know the stories of victory of the brave sons of Mother India. During this, Paramjit Singh Kale, Joginder Singh Sonu, Manjit Singh Gill, Parvinder Singh Manmeet Luthra, Sukhwinder Singh Sabi, Mandeep Singh, Inderpal Singh Bhatia were present.
