The acting Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib and Jathedar of Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib, Giani Kuldeep Singh Gargaj, today met two women who were victims of the so-called and hypocritical Pastor Bajinder at the Secretariat Sri Akal Takht Sahib. The victim women, who reached Amritsar, shared in detail the atrocities committed against them by the accused Bajinder during their meeting with the Jathedar Sri Akal Takht Sahib. The women told the Jathedar that the hypocritical Bajinder had tortured and sexually exploited them in his camps, in connection with which cases have also been registered by the Punjab Police. The women said that after the case was registered, both of them are being intimidated and threatened by Bajinder’s followers and the police has not taken strict action against him for a long time, which is why they have reached Sri Akal Takht Sahib today. Jathedar Giani Kuldeep Singh Gargajj said that although the police have registered cases against accused Bajinder, but there is a lack of action against him. He said that the Punjab government should be reprimanded to take strictest action against accused Bajinder immediately and ensure the safety of the victim women. Jathedar Sri Akal Takht Sahib, being the representative of the Khalsa Panth, assured both the women that they have come to the true throne of the sixth Guru Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji and the entire Sikh community and Punjab stands with them to get justice against the accused hypocrite. Jathedar Gargajj said that it is a matter of great sorrow that in Punjab, which is inhabited in the name of the Gurus, today deredars with a rapist mentality are being raised and they are being patronized.
He said that earlier, the rapist Dera Sirsa chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim was also raised in Punjab in a similar way and even today he is being protected by the government. He questioned the Punjab government as to why such anti-social and oppressive mentality people are being allowed to flourish in the state? Jathedar Gargajj said that strict action should be taken against the anti-humanity, anti-Sikh and hypocritical deras emerging in Punjab and they should be sealed immediately. He said that the people of Punjab will never let the honor of their daughters and sisters fall in the hands of such deredars and this will not be tolerated any more. He said that such people mislead people and exploit them by using religion as a pretext. Jathedar Gargajj encouraged the victim women to have faith in Guru Sahib and also praised them for raising their voice against the so-called Pastor Bajinder. He said that both the women are very brave who have raised their voice against a hypocrite with courage, therefore they will be given full support. He said that it is very important for people of every religion to remain firm in their religion and for brotherhood to be maintained in the society. He also appealed to the religious leaders of the Christian community to identify such so-called hypocrites and people with rapist mentality and raise their voice against them themselves. On this occasion, in-charge of the Secretariat Sri Akal Takht Sahib S. Bagicha Singh and the families of the victim women were present.
