The Delhi Committee has prepared to take notice of the appeal filed in the High Court yesterday to attach the properties of Loni Road School and Fatehabad under the committee and pay the past dues of the staff and now the properties of the Gurudwara will be attached. This is very sad and an act of the current administrators to get their names written in black letters in Sikh history.
Former Chief Sevadar of Dharam Prachar of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Committee, Chairman of Gurbani Research Foundation and Guru Harkrishan Sahib Seva Society, Panthic leader Sardar Paramjit Singh Virji said in a statement issued to the media that in the ongoing case of fees and arrears of schools running under the Delhi Committee, the lawyer appearing for the Delhi Committee has asked the court to issue a notice of attachment of the properties of Loni Road and Fatehabad. In the history of the Sikh Panth, due to the failures of the current administrators, the property of the Guru Ghar has come under threat and they have no right to sell the capital of the Panth due to their mistakes. When they are not being able to handle the management, then they should hand over the management to the committee. Now the capital of the Panth is going to be seized due to their mistakes, whereas they should first make an effort to sell their properties. We appeal to all religious, political organizations, committees of our Panth to come together for this extremely serious issue and make a strategy against the committee members and save the capital of the Panth from being seized.
