In Sector 24 of Chandigarh, late on Wednesday night, a dispute over the order of liver at a dhaba located in front of the police post escalated so much that four youths brutally murdered the dhaba employee Jassi. Jassi’s friend Akash also suffered serious injuries in this attack, who has been admitted to Sector 16 hospital. According to the information received, four youths had reached the dhaba to order liver at around 11:30 pm on Wednesday night. Jassi took money from them and went to the kitchen and saw that the liver was finished. Coming back, he returned the money to the youths and expressed his inability to place the order. On which there was an argument between the two sides. As the dispute escalated, the angry youths suddenly attacked Jassi and Akash with sharp weapons. Jassi was not only attacked but the attackers also dropped the fridge of the dhaba on him, due to which he was seriously injured. Police reached the spot and took both the injured to the hospital, where Jassi died during treatment. Police arrested the four youths involved in the murder, including three minors. At the same time, the question arises that this incident happened right in front of the police station, even though the police patrol the area.
