Bhai Paramjit Singh Virji, Chairman of Gurbani Research Foundation and former head of the Dharam Prachar Wing of Delhi Committee, has appreciated the decision of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee to start a series of three and a half lakh Sehaj Paths dedicated to the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji. He said that this religious propaganda effort is commendable from the perspective of connecting the Sangat with Gurbani. But all the Delhi Committee members, including the administrators of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Committee who have taken this initiative, should also do a Sehaj Path so that the Sangat is more motivated and everyone can know that the members they have selected and sent can read Gurbani well.
Bhai Paramjit Singh Virji said that he has requested that Delhi Committee’s Dharam Prachar Chairman Jaspreet Singh Karamsar should initiate a live Sehaj Path in front of the Sangat on April 15, after which Delhi Committee President Harmeet Singh Kalka, General Secretary Jagdeep Singh Kahlon and other office bearers should also attend to perform Sehaj Path as per their time and after this all the members of Delhi Committee should also attend to perform Sehaj Path for half an hour. He said that whenever the office bearers or members of Delhi Committee perform Sehaj Path, the facility of listening to live Path should be made available to the Sangat at that time. Bhai Paramjit Singh Virji said that according to the Delhi Gurdwara Act, a member of Delhi Gurdwara Committee must be Amritdhari and it is also necessary for them to know how to read Gurbani. He said that if all the office bearers and members of Delhi Committee perform Sehaj Path live, it will definitely have a very good impact on the Sangat. He also said that our organization is ready to provide all kinds of support to Delhi Committee for this initiative.
