During the closing ceremony of ATC-54, Colonel R.S. Chauhan, Commanding Officer, 3 Punjab Girls Battalion NCC, delivered an inspiring speech to the cadets. He shared the five golden rules for success – discipline, dedication, determination, time management, and teamwork – emphasizing the importance of setting clear goals and continuing with unwavering focus. Highlighting the value of time management, he encouraged the cadets to strike a balance between academics, responsibilities, and personal development. He also introduced five empowering keywords – planning, preparation, performance, consistency, and progress – as a mantra to achieve excellence. Colonel Chauhan took the opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate the sincere efforts of the staff, Associate NCC Officers (ANOs) and the entire management team, presenting them with certificates of appreciation. He concluded by congratulating all the cadets for their enthusiastic participation, discipline and commitment, which played a significant role in making the camp a resounding success.
