After the meeting of the five Singh Sahibs at Sri Akal Takht Sahib yesterday, the committee formed by the President of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, to discuss the order given by the Panj Pyares of Takht Sri Harmandir Ji Patna Sahib, today held a meeting with the members of the Management Committee of Takht Sri Harmandir Ji Patna Sahib. The delegation sent by the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee included Senior Vice President S. Raghujit Singh Virk, members Bhai Gurcharan Singh Grewal, S. Gurbachan Singh Karmunwala and Deputy Secretary S. Jaswinder Singh Jassi. Giving information in this regard, Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee member Bhai Gurcharan Singh Grewal said that after the decision taken by Sri Akal Takht Sahib, there were some differences among the management, which was having a deep impact on the Sikh Sangat. To resolve this issue, a committee was formed by the President of the Shiromani Committee, which held a meeting with the Management Committee of Takht Sri Harmandir Ji Patna Sahib today. The aim of the Sikh organization is to resolve this issue through dialogue and they will submit the report of this meeting to the Shiromani Committee President. He said that the Management Committee of Takht Sri Harmandir Ji Patna Sahib had also agreed with the orders issued by the Panj Pyares of Takht Sri Harmandir Ji Patna Sahib. He said that we have taken the side of the Shiromani Committee while expressing disagreement with this decision. He said that it is hoped that this matter will be resolved soon.
