It is a matter of great sorrow that by abolishing Article 370 and Article 35A, which express the autonomy of Jammu and Kashmir, the rulers have done a great injustice to the Kashmiris. Till now, their IB, RAW, Military Intelligence, National Security Advisor, Cabinet Secretary, ambassadors of embassies abroad, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, CID of Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab have all failed and could not get any information about the culprits of the Pahalgam tragedy. But when the Home Minister of India, Shri Amit Shah, visits Jammu and Kashmir, the Kashmiris become angry and the situation there worsens. “Therefore, no one can stop Home Minister Mr. Shah, but if he refrains from going there, keeping in mind the serious situation in Kashmir, it will be of great help in easing the situation there.” These views were expressed by S. Simranjit Singh Mann, President of Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar), while strongly condemning the oppressive and undemocratic practices being adopted by the BJP-RSS government in Jammu and Kashmir and talking about correcting the explosive situation there by restoring their autonomy and abolishing the oppressive law AFSPA imposed there. He also expressed deep sorrow over the fact that in 2000, the Indian forces had lined up 43 unarmed and innocent Sikhs and martyred them at Chitsinghpura. Till date, no information has been given to the Sikh community regarding their killers and no steps have been taken to bring the culprits to the fore. On the other hand, RSS chief Bhagwat is crying out for unity of Hindus, which means that other classes and minority communities should live in peace and harmony here. They will not be able to live in a democratic manner.
He said that to normalize the situation in Jammu and Kashmir, it is necessary that the governors who are oppressors should be removed and a Sikh general should be appointed to this position. Because we do not say who is responsible for the Pahalgam tragedy, but the way in which the term of the current Director of IB, Mr. Tapan Kumar Deka, who has failed miserably, has been extended by one year, it becomes clear that the Pahalgam tragedy is his fault, that is why he has been promoted. The rulers have taken the inhumane action of starting a war with Pakistan by blaming Pakistan for the Pahalgam tragedy without any facts and truth. Which had put the lives of Punjabis and Sikhs in great danger. If a nuclear war occurs in these neighboring countries, then what plan do they have to save the general public and the residents of Punjab? Where will they take shelter, where will they get their food and drink, The government should publicly inform the people about the policy of providing accommodation, medicines, etc. Before the war, the same irresponsible actions were taken, just as they were taken to push Punjabis and Sikhs into the war without any reason.
