In view of the current situation and the appointment of NCC for the Civil-Defence role, mock drills are being conducted in the institutions to include CAS Evacuation, Fire Fighting, Air Raid, Awareness Spreading etc. Apart from this, contact has been made with various District Administration Officers and Hospitals as under:-
(a) Contact with SDM, Ludhiana.
(b) Contact with CMO, DMC Hospital
(c) Contact with Registrar, Apollo Hospital, LDH.
(d) Contact with Deputy Director Medical Services, SPS Hospital.
The officers have been informed about the role of NCC in such situations and NCC’s willingness to participate/help has been conveyed. Contact numbers have been shared for further action.
