Jalandhar News: Illegal Colony in Jandu Singha Jalandhar – The government is being defrauded of lakhs of rupees by illegally developing colonies in Jalandhar. The officers who are responsible for taking action against these illegal colonies are filling their pockets instead of taking action. The latest case is from near Jandu Singha on Hoshiarpur Road. Two illegal colonies have been developed face to face on the highway in Kangniwal before Jandu Singha on Hoshiarpur Road, which have been plotted and the plots are being sold at high prices. Preparations are being made to complain about this to the Chief Minister’s Office, Income Tax Department and ED. Because the said colonizer has also done hawala transactions on a large scale. According to the information, two illegal colonies have been developed in Jalandhar, ahead of Ramamandi on Hoshiarpur Road and near Ravi Resort before Jandu Singha. Both these illegal colonies have the full protection of PUDA and Tehsil officers. The surprising thing is that after the complaint, PUDA team took action against these illegal colonies twice, but later, with the connivance of some PUDA officers, plotting was done in the colony. Sources reveal that the registration of plots in these two colonies, which were developed illegally, has been done without any NOC. Some officers directly associated with the Tehsil are also involved in this. These Tehsil officers have registered the plots without NOC, taking advantage of lakhs of rupees. Whereas this colony was neither approved by PUDA nor by any other government agency.
Not only this, PUDA took action on both these colonies twice. Roads were broken, walls were demolished. Despite this, the colonizer started selling plots in the colony. With the connivance of some dishonest officers of PUDA, plots are being sold in both colonies for lakhs of rupees. In connivance with some officers of the tehsil, the colonizer has developed both illegal colonies in Kangniwal.
Sources reveal that this colonizer, who has cheated PUDA of lakhs of rupees, has a fake business of crores and billions in Jalandhar and other cities. He is also cheating the Income Tax Department. A complaint has also been lodged against this colonizer in the Income Tax Department. It has been said in the complaint that the movable and immovable assets of the said colonizer should be investigated. This will reveal a scam of crores of rupees.
