Due to the sudden death of the pilot of the Turkish Airlines plane during the flight, it is reported that the plane was landed in an emergency by the co-pilot at the New York airport. Turkish Airlines spokesman Yahya Ustun said the plane was en route from Seattle to Istanbul when the 59-year-old pilot Lisin Pahlivan suddenly fainted. According to Ustun, the pilot was given medical attention. The co-pilot of the plane decided to make an emergency landing, but the pilot had already passed away. According to the spokesperson, the pilot was working in the Turkish airline since 2007 and in his normal medical examination in March this year, he did not have any health problems and was completely healthy. Turkish Airlines has described the death of the Captain as a great loss and expressed its condolences to the victim’s family.
