Guru Ji had to face the cruel Mughal rule on one side and the greedy, ritualistic, religiously-oriented Brahmin class on the other, divided based on caste, caste and caste division, as well as the jealousy of the hill kings. Guru Ji had to struggle throughout his life to combat these anti-social forces.
Guru Gobind Singh Ji appeared on Poh Sudi Satvi, 23 Poh (December 22, 1666) in the house of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji and Mata Gujri Ji on the historical land of Patna Sahib (Bihar). Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s life purpose was to establish the ‘true’ religion, protect the oppressed and the weak and to oppose all kinds of oppression because he had come to know that the main reason for the decline of society or the prevalence of unrighteousness is the slave mentality of the people. The purpose of their religious war was to stop the oppression and tyranny being done to the people. They themselves clearly explain their life purpose of establishing religion, protecting the righteous and destroying the wicked in ‘Bachitra Natak’:
We have come to this world for this purpose.
For the sake of religion, we have read the Gurudev.
Wherever you place the religion, you shall follow the evildoers.
42…
This is the purpose of our birth.
Let all the saints understand in their hearts.
…the followers of religion will bring forth saints.
The original upliftment of all the evildoers.
Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, the father of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, gave his martyrdom for the restoration of religion. Dasmesh Pita Ji has thoroughly exposed the hypocrisies being perpetrated by the so-called religious people. In his Bani, he condemned these hypocrisies and rituals and encouraged people to live a true life. In other words, Guru Ji fearlessly refuted the popular so-called religious beliefs and encouraged people to follow the ‘true’ path.
The modern world is begging for the restoration of human rights and human dignity. But blessed is Guru Gobind Singh Ji, who had declared centuries ago that the light of one eternal God is working in the entire humanity, all are made of the same clay, therefore it is not right to divide humanity on the basis of communal divisions like Hindu, Muslim, Yogi etc. Therefore, considering humanity as a unit, everyone should be considered as its embodiment:
Some fear the Mundiya Sannyasi, some fear the Yogi
Some are celibate, some are casteists, let us assume.
Hindu Turk Kou Rafji Imam Safi
All castes of the mind are equal to each other.
The creator is the Creator, the King is the Rahim.
Do not discriminate between others, do not be mistaken or mistaken.
One is the only servant, all are the Gurus.
One is the form, all are the light.

The most revolutionary thing Guru Sahib did was that he embraced the oppressed, downtrodden people, the poor workers and the downtrodden. He awakened the feeling of pride and self-respect in the people who had been living a life of slavery and ignorance for centuries. These same people, having become worthy of the Guru’s grace, became the Khalsa and were accepted in the Guru’s eyes. It will be considered a great revolution in the history of the world that Guru Gobind Singh Ji gave his followers the status of Gurus equal to himself. No other religious leader in the world has given his followers the status of equals. But the tenth father is blessed, who not only gave equality to the ‘Khalsa’ by calling him his special form, but also accepted his Guru. It is a historical truth that Guru Gobind Singh Ji, by revealing the Khalsa, also handed over the right of Guru initiation to the ‘Guru-Panth’. While accepting the Khalsa as his form and ‘Guru’, he says:
Khalsa is my special form.
Khalsa, make me your abode……
Khalsa, my Satguru, complete.
Khalsa, my beautiful Surah.
Like other religious leaders of the world, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji did not call himself God, did not chant his name, nor did he practice the religion of his name. Describing himself as the Eternal God, the servant and servant of God, he gave very strict instructions that he should not be considered God:
Whoever raises up God, everyone will be in the pit of hell.
Mo Kau Das Tawan Ka Jaano || Ya Main Bheed Na Ranch Pachano ||32 || (Bachrit Natak)
Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji fought 14 wars at the age of only 42 years with the tyranny of the government but did not capture even an inch of land. During these wars, the elder Sahibzade, the younger Sahibzade, Mata Gujri Ji, the beloved Guru Sikhs were martyred. After the battle of Chamkaur, barefoot in the forests of Machhiwara, he told the friend and beloved of the eternal God about the state of his disciples, and from the land of Dine Kangar, he wrote Zafarnama to the king of the time and made him aware of the truth of the time. On the beautiful land of Takht, Sri Damdama Sahib Talwandi Sahib, he gave perfection to the verses of the Guru-father, Guru Tegh Bahadur in the Adi Sri Guru Granth Sahib. Before completing his worldly journey at Takht Sachkhand Sri Hazur Abchal Nagar, he enthroned the Shabad Guru, Guru Granth Sahib, on the Guru’s throne forever, ending the tradition of the individual Guru forever, and ordered the Gursikh servants:
Aagya Bhai Akal Ki Tabai Chalayo Panth.
Sab Sikhan Ko Hukam Hai Guru Manio Granth.
In short, if we look at it, the Tenth Father Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji lived his entire life in struggle, progress, revolutionary, and establishing historical fame. In this way, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji has become a revolutionary leader in the history of the world, who brought revolutionary and historical change in the lives of people.
