In view of the increasing number of cyber crimes in the country, a capacity building programme workshop on Cyber Security and Safety was organised at Guru Nanak Public School, Rajouri Garden. The session was moderated by Ms. Gurjot Kaur and Ms. Hansi Mahajan, both experts in the field of Information Technology. The workshop provided an interactive and enriching learning experience, starting with a discussion on mental health and its relevance in the digital age. This was followed by an in-depth exploration of key topics including cyber ethics, cyber security, bank fraud, computer forensics, and the Information Technology Act. The teachers gained valuable insight into each aspect and also participated in hands-on activities, enhancing their practical understanding of cyber security measures. The workshop conducted in the school was very interesting and informative, equipping the educators with the necessary knowledge to navigate and promote safe digital practices in their professional and personal lives.
