It took me 12/13 years to personally bring this situation to light and I spent thousands of dollars from my own pocket. All the lies written by all these people were proven to be lies in court and they themselves wrote that we had no evidence, we wrote this because of elections. (You can see the photos). By the way, there is nothing more insulting than someone who first stands up in the congregation and says, “We have every single proof of whatever was written. We will return it because it is 51, the vehicles for those who run away are the same” etc. etc. I had no intention of writing this post but some of the brothers said that these people have been writing against you for 30 years and you are not speaking – the congregation should make the matter clear as a record.
My Sikh Panchayat has helped a lot in this work. Although they have filed cases against respected members of the Sikh Panchayat, especially HP Singh, Jaswinder Singh Jandi, Kashmir Singh Shahi, Jasdev Singh, Baljit Singh, Raja Singh, Bhupinder Singh Parmar and Jaspreet Atwal, through Kuljit Singh. Not only did they lose the case, but the judge also made them pay the costs.
For many years, I have been telling the Sadh Sangat that SP Singh, Harjit Singh, Harminder Singh and Kuljit Singh have been publishing false news against me without any evidence. Their only strategy was to tarnish my image, because they feel that I am playing an important role in the Fremont Gurdwara elections and they are afraid that they cannot win due to the honesty and credibility of the Sikh Panchayat. By the way, the Sangat knows that their job is to make baseless accusations and spread false propaganda on social media so that the Sangat starts believing even lies as truth. From outside, women like Harjit Rane appear to be Amritdhari but in the courts they also question the principle of Panj Pyare. Their main job is to poison the minds of children. They have made the Gatka Akhara their center. I have a special request to California Gatka Dal and Bhai Baljit Singh Bamba to keep their politics away from Gurdwara Sahib Fremont.
This culture has been created in this Gurdwara Sahib that even if a Sharif Banda wants, he will shy away from service because there will be additional defamation in the congregation. Their hearts do not feel any burden even when they defame those people in whose houses they have eaten like Bhai HP Singh, Bhai Jasdev Singh, Bhai Kashmir Singh etc.
In America, everything should be done legally
That is why I filed a case in the court to prove them false. The purpose of which was to bring the truth before the congregation that whatever slander they spread is all lies and there is no evidence of a single thing. There were only two ways to achieve this: (a) The court should hear the case and say that there is no evidence (b) Or they should themselves kneel down and say that they have no evidence. They chose the second way themselves because if they lost the case in court, they would also have to pay a fine for defamation. So they boldly wrote that they had published the news without evidence.
