In Himachal, narcotic drugs are also being manufactured in pharmaceutical companies. But why did the Himachal government not pay attention to this? The consignment of these drugs was transported to five states from a pharmaceutical factory located in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, under the nose of the police. The role of the employees of the pharma factory has also come to light in this. The police had recovered 70.42 lakh narcotic pills, 725 kg of tramadol powder and drug money worth Rs 2.37 lakh from the gang. According to the DGP, 47.32 lakh narcotic capsules and 725.5 kg of narcotic tramadol powder – which was enough to make 1.5 crore capsules – were recovered during the operation against Smilex Pharma Chem Drug Industries.

There are many ‘signages’ in Hebrew style and a four-storey ‘Chabad House’ (Jewish community centre) has also been built here. Due to the easy availability of drugs, illegal ‘rave parties’ and ‘full moon parties’ of drug addicts have started being organized here too, just like in Goa. Usually held in deserted and open places like forests, the organizers of these parties charge a huge amount of money from the young people who attend them. In return, they are served food and drinks and drugs and are made to have fun to the tune of loud music. According to police records, 70 percent of the people caught with drug consignments are Himachal youth.
So drugs are a big business, which is associated with the nexus of police and corrupt politicians, but Punjabis are being disgraced. Till now, the people responsible for the drug companies of Himachal and the drugs caught in Gujarat have not been revealed, who is responsible. Who is responsible for suppressing such incidents? But why is Punjab being disgraced under a conspiracy? The youth of Punjab are themselves on the path of genocide due to the grip of drugs. But the governments are silent.
