Dedicated to the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji and his nine martyred Gursikhs, Bhai Mati Das Ji, Bhai Sati Das Ji, Bhai Dayala Ji, the Dharam Prachar Committee has started a Gurmat camp in collaboration with the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee to provide training in Gurmukhi and Gurmat to children. Giving information about this, Delhi Committee member and associate of Dharam Prachar Wing Inderpreet Singh Monty Kauchhar said that due to the summer vacations, this special effort has been made to pave the way for the children to explore their human life by training them in Kirtan along with Gurubani and connecting them with Sikh principles. At present, Gurmat camps have been started from 4 pm to 6 pm in 14 block Panchayat Gurdwara Bhai Jai Singh and 7 block Gurdwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha of Subhash Nagar and soon the camp will also start in Gurdwara Sahib Rajouri Garden. He said that the children participating in the Gurmat camp will be given prizes and certificates and also a visit to the historical Gurdwara Sahib Ji will be arranged. He said that this program will continue till June 20, after which a special banquet will be arranged at the end of the program and prizes and certificates will be given to the children. He said that children can contact the organizers as soon as possible to participate in the program. Finally, he thanked the Delhi Committee for their support in this program and also thanked Veer Bhupinder Singh Bagga, Mohan Singh Rajvanshi, Pritpal Singh, Harminder Singh Kohli, Jasbir Singh Marwah, Karanpreet Singh Anand and all other colleagues due to whom such programs are successfully organized.
