There is a lot of outrage among the Sikh community over the replacement of the antiquity of Gudwara Sis Ganj Sahib (Patshahi IX, Sri Anandpur Sahib) with marble in the name of renovation and beautification. Accordingly, as part of the efforts being made by the devotees to save the antiquity of this historic Gurdham, a massive gathering of devotees has been invited on tomorrow, October 10.
It is worth mentioning that this temple has been prepared by Kalgidhar Patshahji with his own hands, there is only one such ancient temple left in the entire Indian subcontinent which has its ancient and historical appearance intact.
According to the local Sikh Sangat, this work of renovating the Gurdwara Sahib was being conducted by Baba Ji of the Nishkam Seva Society England and Kar Seva Fort Anandgarh Sahib under the supervision of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee. According to the local Sangat, this work is not being stopped even though the Sangats under the supervision of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, Nishkam Seva Society England and Kar Seva Fort Anandgarh Sahib have been making requests to Baba Ji for the past one month. Therefore, now to prepare a solid strategy to save the antiquity and historical appearance of this place, a gathering of Sikh devotees is being held by the local Sangat on Thursday, October 10 at 12 noon at Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib. Further strategy will be prepared only in the gathering of Sangat.
