In Punjab, now only one syllabus will be taught to children in Anganwadi, primary schools and play-away schools. Education will not be done through books but through games. Apart from this, the registration of all play-away schools will also be done online. This claim was made by Punjab Cabinet Minister Baljit Kaur. She was holding a press conference in Chandigarh during this time.
Cabinet Minister Baljit Kaur said that our effort is that all children should have the same development. Apart from this, 1000 new Anganwadi centers are being built which will be equipped with ultra-modern facilities. The Minister said that it is believed that 90 percent of the brain development of children is completed by the age of 5. In such a situation, our effort is to give the right environment to the children. They should not be burdened with books but should be taught through games. One syllabus is going to be implemented. For this, the training of Anganwadi staff has started. It will be completed by February.
