Mock Drill was conducted in 01 Educational Institutions by 3 PBG BN on preparedness regarding retaliatory strike against Pakistan due to Pahalgam attack. In a major initiative to enhance disaster preparedness and awareness among the youth, 3 PBG BN NCC conducted a comprehensive Mock Drill in 01 Schools under its jurisdiction. The event saw active participation of CO, PI Staff, GCI, ANO, NCC Cadets and Students who came together to understand and practice the emergency response protocols.
The aim of the mock drill was to educate the young minds about effective response mechanisms during natural and man-made disasters. The exercise was conducted through various interactive mediums including banners, PowerPoint presentations, live demonstrations, videos and informative charts. These tools helped in providing visual and practical understanding of the procedures to be followed in emergency situations.
Unit staff visited the participating institutions, closely monitored the activities and encouraged the students and staff. Their presence served to motivate the cadets and reinforce the importance of preparedness and discipline in such critical scenarios.
The mock drill was a resounding success, with high levels of enthusiasm and participation from all institutions. This initiative reflects the unwavering commitment of 3 PBGBN towards community safety and overall development of NCC cadets.
