During this press conference, Sikh Sadbhavana Dal Chief Sewadar Bhai Baldev Singh Ji Wadala and Bapu Tarsem Singh Ji called upon all the organizations to forget their personal differences and come together under one banner to address the deterioration in Sikh institutions and to run the management of Guru Ghars in a proper manner. On this occasion, Bapu Tarsem Singh Ji while addressing the journalists said that the Sikh community is facing many challenges. On one hand, the sacrilege of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, government oppression and the absence of justice have made the situation critical, on the other hand, the lack of national unity is giving an opportunity to our enemies. In such a situation, we need to unite to protect the Panthic and political rights. Akali Dal “Waris Punjab De” organization will always be ready for the unity of the Sikh Panth. We are determined to protect the Panthic principles, Gurmat principles and national interests. We strongly demand strict punishment for the culprits of sacrilege, release of the Sikhs implicated in false cases and religious and political autonomy. We should also remember that the strength of the Sikh community lies in unity and we will have to continue this effort continuously.
