Ludhiana (Tejveer Singh):- District police has registered an FIR against 4 people from different Hindu organizations in Ludhiana. These four people are accused of continuously sharing provocative posts through Facebook. Due to which the unity of the country is in danger. Their hate speech can create enmity among different religions. At present, the police has registered an FIR against all four and started raids to arrest the accused. According to the information, the police of Haibowal police station has registered a case under section 152,196,353 BNS against Rohit Sahni, resident of Mohalla Star City of Hindu organization. Rohit Sahni is accused of giving hate speech from his social media account. Similarly, during the investigation of the police social media cell of police station division number 4, a case has also been registered against Praveen Dang, head of Hindu Sikh Jagruti Sena and member of Hindu Nyay Peeth Sanstha.
Dang is accused of making provocative speeches and false statements on his Facebook profile. Police has registered a case against Dang under 196 (1), 353 (2) BNS. Police of Thana Division Number 1 has also taken action against Shiv Sena leader Chandrakant Chaddha for hate speech. Police have registered a case against Chaddha under Section 196(1), 353 (2), BNS.
Police of Thana Division Number 3 has also registered a case against Shiv Sena Punjab member Bhanu Pratap for hate speech. Bhanu is also accused of trying to spoil the atmosphere through Facebook. Police have registered a case against Bhanu Pratap under Section 196(2), 353(2) BNS.
