When a new agricultural technology came in the name of Green Revolution in 1950 after India’s independence, farmers were told how they could increase the production of their crops. Generally, there are two types of people, first, when any new technology comes, they start implementing it without getting information about it. While other people adopt it after knowing the advantages and disadvantages of the said technology. Such people first started farming after getting complete information about the changes that will occur with Green Revolution technology and the fertility of their land to get good yield with hybrid seeds. Just as a human can hear, see and feel conversations, similarly A.I. has created robots by copying humans exactly.
A.I. began in 1950, when Alan Turing published a paper in which he thought of a system of computer machinery that has its own intelligence. A.I. It first appeared in the world in 1956 and the person who gave it this name was John McCarthy. The first AI was a chatbot named Elijah, which was a basic tool at first. After this, another robot came, which solved every problem just like a human. By the end of the 1990s, the second phase of AI began and the development of machine learning and neural networks began. ‘Deep Blue vs Garry Kasparov (1997)’ was an important moment in the history of AI, when IBM’s Deep Blue defeated the world chess champion Gary. AI has implemented a new form of deep learning, chatbots, personal assistants after 2010. Things like Siri, Alexa, Google Assistant gradually developed. Apple introduced ‘Siri’ to the people in 2011 and Amazon introduced ‘Alexa’ to the people in 2014.
Today when we talk about 2020 onwards, we see that we have come a long way in Artificial Intelligence. Just like a car running without a driver, this is a wonderful form of AI. AI has provided facilities like Chat GPT or Mid Journey. The day is not far when robots will also become a part of our lives like phones and will make our lives easier by taking over our tasks, but we will have to learn to use them properly by getting complete information about all the tools of Artificial Intelligence.
