Former Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal and the entire leadership have finally publicly admitted all the allegations and crimes leveled against them for a long time in front of the five Singh Sahibs on the wall of Sri Akal Takht Sahib. Although the Singh Sahibs did not give the Akali leadership the punishment that the Sikh community had been demanding, the Sikhs have expressed their satisfaction with whatever punishment they have given.
The Akali Dal Badal did not accept this whole story. It was also extremely difficult for them to bear this phenomenon because for decades, those who had been using Sri Akal Takht Sahib for their political interests were having to stand in the dock at the door of this spirituality themselves. Not only this, but they have also had to accept all the crimes including murders and sacrileges from 1997 to the present time, from which the above-mentioned guilty leaders had been denying it by lying till now. This phenomenon up to this point was a source of consolation to the Sikh community, but as soon as the story of Bhai Narain Singh Chaudhari came in the middle, it completely turned the tables, it has taken down all the curtains. The perception of the perpetrators of Sri Akal Takht Sahib as humble Sikhs in the minds of the common Sikhs seemed to break like broken glass. We too had called the emotional action of Narain Singh Chaura wrong because this action tarnishes the reputation of our supreme institution. But some members of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, who are the helpers of the criminals, submitted a demand letter to the Jathedar of Shri Akal Takht Sahib to expel Bhai Chaura from the Panth because he fired at Sukhbir Singh Badal, but they did not demand that the person who removed the turban from the Panth be expelled from the Panth after Bhai Chaura was in police custody inside the house of this saint, whereas the crime of removing the turban of a Sikh is extremely heinous and intolerable. The Panth does not tolerate anyone touching the turban of a Sikh, but here the person who removes the turban of a Sikh is also a Sikh. Not only this, Akali Dal Badal is also targeting Giani Harpreet Singh, the Jathedar of Takht Sri Damdama Sahib, because they believe that if Giani Harpreet Singh had not been included in the Panj Singh Sahib, that is, if he had not been the Jathedar of Takht Sri Damdama Sahib, then perhaps the entire leadership including Sukhbir Singh Badal would not have been in the dock, the crimes they are now facing, and they would not have had to pay the penalty for them. Therefore, while all efforts are being made to mentally harass Giani Harpreet Singh, even more efforts are being made to snatch away the service of Takht Sri Damdama Sahib from him. Those who flatter the Badals, who are burdened with the burden of crimes, have shown that the Akali Dal is not in the habit of caring about Sri Akal Takht Sahib. It is a blatant fact that Bhai Narain Singh Chaura’s The pistol fire did not cause any loss of life, but it definitely exposed the leadership of the criminal Badal Dal. The Akalis, who were pretending to be humble Sikhs, immediately started showing their true colors. The story of Narain Singh Chouda coming after him and removing his turban clarifies the anti-Sikh thinking of the tainted Akalis, because what does a turban mean to those who have made a deal to corrupt Sikh principles in order to gain power? The Akali leadership, which misuses the highest institution like Sri Akal Takht Sahib to pardon the murderers of innocent Sikhs, the accused of desecrating Guru Granth Sahib, the sadh with a headscarf, and considers the family that rewards the murderers of Sikh youth by giving high positions to police officers, as its leader, cannot protect Sikh principles from those who have considered a family bigger than Sri Akal Takht Sahib. How can one expect that? This is the reason why they have started targeting without paying attention to Sikh principles and the supreme institution. Some towards the Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, some towards the Jathedar of Sri Damdama Sahib, but no one thought that the orders given by Sri Akal Takht Sahib have to be followed. The Singh Sahibs were asked to accept the resignation of the Akali Dal President within three days, but the baseless leadership of the Akali Dal did not pay attention to this order. That is, they disobeyed it. A committee was also formed by Sri Akal Takht Sahib for the new recruitment of the Akali Dal. Despite the fact that that committee was also formed by both the factions of the Akali Dal, in which the other Panthic factions were not included, still the Akali Dal people did not follow the orders of the Panj Singh Sahibs. The time given to the Panj Singh Sahibs to accept the resignations was also increased from three days to 20 days, but it seems that It is certain that the Akali Dal will definitely come up with a plan in these twenty days, with which the old leadership can be revived. Now another legal complication has also started on a large scale, that is the committee formed by Sri Akal Takht Sahib, which was formed to reject the old leadership and recruit new people and elect a new party president. In this regard, the statement of the President of the Shiromani Committee has also been published in the newspapers that the Singh Sahibs have also been made aware of this legal complication, for which the Singh Sahibs have sought a written reply, but the thing to think about is that after giving a written reply, can the Singh Sahibs change their decision? Can a supreme institution like Sri Akal Takht Sahib, which was established by the sixth Guru, Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib, by rejecting worldly power and establishing the independent sovereignty of the Sikhs,Could that great institution, which was erected as a symbol, be in need of a secular election commission? Isn’t this entire narrative being created to undermine the institution’s resurgent prestige? These need to be considered. The duty of the President of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee was to give a written reply to the Election Commission of India that according to the orders of the Gurus, the politics of the Sikhs is subject to Sri Akal Takht Sahib. Our sixth Guru has kept the politics of the Sikhs under the yoke of religion, therefore it is the moral duty of every Sikh to do politics according to the orders of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, which cannot be ignored. But instead of answering the Election Commission, the President of our Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee is showing the fear of the Election Commission to the Singh Sahibs. It is clear from this that the current leadership of the Sikhs does not want the power of Sri Akal Takht Sahib to influence Sikh politics, because politics cannot be done in the light of Sikh principles by maintaining good relations with the Indian state. Therefore, the entire Sikh Panth should, instead of giving suggestions to the Singh Sahibs, tell the Indian system what are the Sikh principles? How should Sikh politics be conducted? Will it be? Every Sikh will have to know and explain the explanation of the principle of religion in politics. It is a very painful realization for Sikhs that the people in control of our institutions are no longer able to speak firmly about their principles or defend them. Rather, those people have been denying Sikh principles in order to remain in control of political and religious power (including major Sikh institutions such as the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee) and have been working hand in hand with the central forces for a long time to make the principles ineffective, the consequences of which the Sikh community is having to bear by destroying its great institutions and Sikh principles. So, in the context of all the above phenomena, Sikhs will have to abandon indecision and be very careful, with a clear mind, an open eye and a living conscience, with a firm resolve to protect Sikh principles and be ready to maintain the supremacy of Sri Akal Takht Sahib forever.
