On the instructions of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, the Shiromani Committee’s Kabaddi team for the upcoming session 2025 was announced today. Shiromani Committee Chief Secretary S. Kulwant Singh Mannan, Member S. Amarjit Singh Bhalaipur and Secretary Sports S. Tejinder Singh Padda announced the team and released the new jerseys of the Kabaddi players.
Giving information in this regard, Chief Secretary S. Kulwant Singh Mannan said that the Shiromani Committee is making continuous efforts to connect Sikh youth with sports. Along with preparing players through the Hockey Academy and Kabaddi Academy, the Shiromani Committee is also providing training in the martial art Gatka to Sikh youth. He said that the Kabaddi players of the Shiromani Committee achieve great results every year. On the instructions of SGPC President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, the Kabaddi team for this year’s upcoming session has been announced today, which will play in the Major League Kabaddi Federation under the supervision of S. Major Singh Saheri coach. In this team, S. Bhupinder Singh Bhinda Mulewal has been made the captain and S. Kuldeep Singh Shikar Machhian and S. Jarmanjit Singh Balpurian have been made the vice-captains. The SGPC’s Kabaddi team includes S. Amritpal Singh Lambard Mallian, S. Manpreet Singh Tarpalla, S. Shanipratap Singh Dera Baba Nanak, S. Balraj Singh Balla Kathiala, S. Lovejit Singh Kuhala, S. Sukhraj Singh Ratangarh, S. Jaspinder Singh Jas, S. Karamjit Singh Lasara, S. Dharampal Singh Awan, S. Kuljit Singh Gharachon, S. Gurpreet Singh Mangu, S. Gurpreet Singh Mandian, S. Kamaljit Singh Lambard, S. Gagandeep Singh Dera Baba Nanak, S. Lovepreet Singh Gagu, S. Harmanpreet Singh Rode and S. Balraj Singh Balla will play.
