On January 9, UAPA was imposed on Bhai Amritpal Singh for the murder of Gurpreet Singh Harino, while now Amritpal Singh’s wife and Indian investigation agencies have accused him of receiving funding from abroad. According to Indian investigation agencies, under this, Kirandeep Kaur has also held a meeting with some people in Dibrugarh jail in Assam, but it is not yet clear who those people were. Along with this, it has also been said that the ‘Waris Punjab De’ organization has become active on the instructions of Pakistan’s ISI. UAPA has been imposed on militant Arshdeep Singh Dalla sitting abroad.
The possibility of Bhai Amritpal Singh coming out now depends on the central government. Ever since his father Tarsem Singh announced the formation of a new party on the occasion of Maghi, his family has been under strict scrutiny. Bhai Amritpal Singh’s father Tarsem Singh has alleged that the government has slapped UAPA on his son to save his seat and tarnish the image of Amritpal Singh. He said, “All these politicians know that if Amritpal Singh comes forward, their seats will be in danger. Earlier, NSA has been imposed on him and he has been kept in jail, now I am against UAPA on him. The Indian government and I want to ask the Indian agents how you can register a case against him without asking and investigating, since the head of Waris Punjab, Amritpal has become an MP, some kind of propaganda is being done to stop Amritpal Singh. Due to such actions, the face of the government has become naked in front of the people. Bapu Tarsem Singh said that during the Maghi Mela, the name of Amritpal Singh’s political party was announced in a huge gathering at Sri Muktsar Sahib. Amritpal Singh’s party has been named ‘Akali Dal Waris Punjab De’. Along with this, it was also announced that until the regular president of the party is elected, the political party will be led by a five-member committee, whose members Tarsem Singh (Amritpal Singh), Sarabjit Singh Khalsa, Amarjit Singh, Harbhajan Singh Tur and Surjit Singh will be there.
These members will supervise the sub-committees to be formed to build the organizational structure of the newly formed committee and will carry out the organizational activities.

Amritpal Singh’s lawyer Iman Singh Khara said that false allegations are being made by the government, there is no truth in these things. Amritpal Singh’s lawyer Harpal Singh, MP from Khadoor Sahib, said that until a regional party of Punjab is formed, no one will think about Punjab. He said that now under a new conspiracy they are trying to prove Amritpal as a gangster. 92 MLAs of Aam Aadmi Party do not talk about Punjab for fear of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh. The parties that were running in the name of the Panth earlier do not talk about the Panth at all.
