A small plane crashed into a forested area in the US state of Ohio, killing all six people on board, including the pilot and co-pilot. According to the information received, the twin-engine plane crashed into the ground and was badly damaged minutes after taking off from Youngstown Warren Regional Airport in Holland Township. Western Reserve Port Authority Director Anthony Trivena said that no one on board survived. Pilot and co-pilot Joseph Maxine (63) and Timothy Blake (55) were also killed along with other passengers. The other four deceased include James Weller (67), his wife Veronica Weller (68), their son John Weller (26) and his wife Maria Weller. The family was going to Montana for a vacation, but nature had other plans.
