According to reports, on January 23, the accused Jamipal, Vicky Raj and Jagdeep Singh, registered a case at Police Station Division No. 2, were arrested by the police along with a stolen motorcycle. Late in the evening, the court of Hon’ble Prabhjot Bhatti granted them one-day police remand. That night, Sub-Inspector Gurdev Singh, Constable Sahil and another officer Karam Singh were taking the accused back in a government vehicle.
