Mock drill on preparation for counter attack against Pakistan due to Pahalgam attack was conducted by 3 PB G BN in 01 educational institutions. As a major initiative to increase disaster preparedness and awareness among the youth, 3 PB G BN NCC organized a comprehensive mock drill in 01 schools under its jurisdiction. In this event, CO, PI staff, GCI, ANO, NCC cadets and students actively participated together to understand and practice emergency response protocols.
The objective of the mock drill was to educate young minds about effective response methods during natural and man-made disasters. The exercise was conducted through various interactive mediums including banners, PowerPoint presentations, live demonstrations, videos and informative charts. These tools helped in providing visual and practical understanding of the procedures to be followed in emergency situations.
The unit staff visited the participating establishments, closely monitored the activities and encouraged the students and staff. Their presence motivated the cadets and reinforced the importance of preparedness and discipline in such critical situations.
The mock drill was a significant success, with high level of enthusiasm and participation from all 01 establishments. This initiative reflects the unwavering commitment of 3 PB G BN towards community safety and holistic development of NCC cadets.
