After the independence of the Punjabi people, the Congress, Shiromani Akali Dal and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) coalition governments have looted, beaten, deliberately abused the youth, especially the Sikh youth, in military operations and false police encounters, Hindu- Efforts were made to create failed conflict between Sikh-Dalit communities through language, culture and discrimination, ‘Punjab lives in the name of Guru’ and to torpedo the highest message of all-community, the upper political class tried to spread narcotics, gangsterism, Social and Religious Violence, Unemployment, Beggar Wages, Contract System, Outsourcing, Street, Village Body Trade Centers, Low Technical, Scientific Electronic Business Education Institutions, Fun Business Universities, Open Copying, Law and Justice Bankruptcy Through ‘Punjab Colonial System’, they were very tired of it. This once crown of India’s number one was forced to fall to the 17th per capita income. Industry collapsed, productivity plummeted, unemployment and under-skilling skyrocketed. Administrative quality has fallen prey to corruption, malpractice, incompetence. Corrupt familyists, satanic and self-interested political institutions, politicians selling the rights and interests of Punjab at the bidding, saddled the administrative bureaucracy.
